As an annual subscriber you will receive a single source for all your diagnostic service and repair information. It allows you to have full access to all 29 modules with areas including Engine Management, Diagnostic Trouble Codes, Known Fixes, EMS, ABS & AC wiring diagrams, Lube & Tune information and Repair Times.

You will receive a DVD and a Hardware Key (Dongle) which will require installation on Windows PC. During installation you will be asked to activate your software by faxing or emailing a registration code to our Support team. We will then unlock your your software for 12 months.

What happens next?

An Autodata representative will contact you to confirm your order and shipping arrangements.

Orders received before 2pm each business day will be sent out same day via Express Post. Orders received after 2pm will be sent out via Express Post on the next business day.

Express Post deliveries are given the fastest possible delivery on a non-guaranteed basis.

All Autodata electronic products are supplied on an Annual Subscription basis which will need to be renewed each year. Should you decide not to renew your subscription the product will simply deny access at the end of the subscription period (typically 12 months). Please note that a renewal reminder letter will be sent to you 1 month prior to expiry.

The use of Autodata products are subject to certain terms and conditions. Annual subscription prices are reviewed on May 1st each year.

DVD Users:
You will receive a DVD and a Hardware Key (Dongle) which will require installation for the program to run on your PC. Once this is complete, contact us for a registration code to activate access to your information for 12 months at a time. The license issued to a single site or address covers the installation and use of the Autodata CD/DVD on one computer plus a complementary installation on a second PC.

Online Users:
You will be emailed a link with a username and password which you simply key in and this will activate your licence for 12 months. Please note, if you do not renew your annual subscription your access to the information will be automatically terminated. Prices are for a single PC only. Terms available for additional users on the same site.

What operating systems can Autodata be installed on?

  • For DVD subscribers, we support Windows 2000, XP, Vista and 7 (32bit & 64bit). A DVD drive is essential and we recommend a PC with at least a 1.2GHz CPU and 256mb RAM. Display must be set to 16bit colour or higher & Screen resolution must be 800x600 or higher.

  • For Online users, we support Internet Explorer 6,7 & 8 however we recommend using Mozilla Firefox 3 for best compatibility and performance.

How many computers can I install Autodata on?

  • A license issued to a single site or address covers the installation and use of the Autodata CD/DVD on one computer plus a complementary installation on a 2nd PC.

    Please note: A supplied USB Security Key is required to be plugged into the computer when you wish to run the Autodata software. If you would like to run your second installation of Autodata at the same time you can purchase an additional USB Security Key for AUD$40 +gst.

    Additional site licenses for up to 2 more computers may also be purchased under your current subscription. These additional licenses include a separate registration code and USB Security Key.
